You can find some super heros who are working in Brygga to organise free time activities, dinner parties and create an special atmosphere. Check out who they are and what they are doing every day.

Bli du med pa kino?

Have you got a Basse? Dagsverket might give one to you!

Basse is a really funny traditional Trøndelag ball game. We produce it in Dagsverket from 2008.

You can play this oldschool game with your friends whenever you want or you can develop new tricks by yourself wherever you want.

So what do you need?

You need a Basse what you can buy in the Trondheim Museum or you can prepare your own one. Check this video and see how you can make one and how you can start your jorney to the Basse Land.

Preparing Basse is not as difficult as you first think.

The only think what you need is: good scissors, used bicycle tires and rope.

I am really lucky because in Dagsverket I learnt how I can produce Basse.

I was curious about what is the Secret of a Good Basse  so I asked one of our expert who has produced hundreds of this unique ball.

" There is no special secret. Every Basse is based on a good raw material but the most important thing that you should be very patient during the peparation process and don't forget tie the knot as strong as you can."

In Dagsverket we are really care about that the Basse what we make will be perfect and you can enjoy the moment when you first try to play with it. You will feel why was this game so popular in the '70s. Every Basse is different and has own story so if you wondering what you can give as a sovenir to your frends what is represent Trøndelag now you might know the answer ;)

If you would like to read more about the history of Basse just visit the offical page and enjoy the variety of this game.

Work out - Work Hard

Every Wednesday we are going to train our body and destroy our borders to be physically stronger. It is a great opportunity to all of our members in Stavne to develop ourself. We try to survive different activities like boxing or spinning not just regular training so we are never bored.

At the beginning it was hard, I mean really hard...

I thought I can not survive this 45 minutes training without dying or crying but week after week something changed and I started to enjoy it. I realized it is not just good for my body it is good for my mental activity too. When you try to run in this blue half ball for example you really have to concentrate to keep your balance to not fall down. This increases your attention. Sometimes I fall down, but anyway this is fun and every time when we finish the training...

I am feel like a  real Survivor ;)

So if you have time just come and join to us to have fun together!

Vi ses! ;)
